However, a book with a cover would be a start for me.  But as I tried to open the inside of the book, the pages were blank and nothing for me.  I had plenty of contexts to add to the book.  But just like the blank pages, I discover it was not written for me.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The cover of the book was address to you.  All I wanted was to extend my hand just to be with you.  I found myself searching my heart with confusion, passion and determine to make you smile so I can smile big with you too.  It was hard to swim up the river or the stream, when the walls of your power, keep drowning me.  I ask for your help directly, you paused or stop in the middle of the page.   Something was more important than being a friend to me.    How long would it take for me to stop and listen when someone has no interest in me?  You are beautiful yet charming on the outside to me.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The inside cover really worried me.  At times you would split out words at me.  I dodge, change the subject as quick as can be.  Then you would say what’s wrong, you are not talking to me.  Your vocals got lighter and lighter sweeter to me as you became sleepy inside of three.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I may be found guilty trying to unlock what has been locked up and you thrown away the key.  But it is hard to meet and greet when there is just a few moves on the chessboard that you will let me see.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We both have gone out our way looking for a pattern to breathed, my friendship means nothing if we can not agree.  I know I can not change the statue of liberty.  I know I can make you smile as crazy as that might be.  You only smile when you want to smile. You say what you want as often as you pleased. It &lt;br /&gt;Needed air, it needed sunlight and it &lt;br /&gt;Needed water to achieve.   “Created”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s achievement were the grass, the &lt;br /&gt;Flowers and the trees, the clouds &lt;br /&gt;Rollover and drop a mist onto the &lt;br /&gt;Trees.  The mist ran down from the &lt;br /&gt;Tops of the trees fast and smooth till&lt;br /&gt;It became the river, lake and the &lt;br /&gt;Stream.   “Created”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paddle of waters became mud, under &lt;br /&gt;The trees from the mud came creepy &lt;br /&gt;Little things, they travel and pick up  &lt;br /&gt;And carried things up and down a hole &lt;br /&gt;As they built a mount underneath the &lt;br /&gt;Trees.  The mount grew bigger and &lt;br /&gt;Bigger each year.  It got so high it &lt;br /&gt;Began to snow.  The snow cap mountain&lt;br /&gt;Gave away in the snow.  Down roll a &lt;br /&gt;Big fuzzy white bear that look just like &lt;br /&gt;Winter white snow.  The big fuzzy white &lt;br /&gt;Bear hunted by land and by sea.  While &lt;br /&gt;Swimming and stirring up the water, he &lt;br /&gt;Brought the fish up from the bottom of the&lt;br /&gt;Sea, leaping and jumping the fish was free &lt;br /&gt;They gathered in a group of tens and by &lt;br /&gt;Threes      “Created”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The seagulls flew over the sea searching &lt;br /&gt;The area for food for their families, grabbling &lt;br /&gt;The fish out of the sea and returning back &lt;br /&gt;Home to feed they families. Vitamin B6 is needed to boost serotonio, the natural brain chemical that makes you feel so happy.  It is pack and bruising with more potassium than bananas. Then sort through them for small rocks, girt or chip beans.  Chip or a split beans are older beans and it takes longer for them to cook.  Next we want to rinse them once and twice if needed, for the best results.  Soaking:  It is recommended to soak your beans over night.  The longer you soak them the less gas they produce.(Estimate 6-8 hours).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Pinto Beans Express, our next step would be to drain all the excessive water from allowing our pinto beans to soak over night. Each bean has grown in size. Each beans now have soak up it’s desire amount of water and is ready to add favor to the next process of cooking them beans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip E* Turn Dried beans into moist beans, just add water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assuming that you have complete drain all the water off, it is time to remove all those beans to a large cooking pot. Notice: that one pound of pinto beans has multiple or increase in size to two pounds of beans. Two pounds of beans can feed a family of three or four adults easily.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip F* One pound of dried beans will feed a family of 3-4 adults.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once the beans are in the larger pot, just add cold water again. Bring the water level about two inches above the beans line. Your could estimate one and one/half-quarts of water. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turn the stove eye up higher at least the first 25-30 minutes. Then stir once or twice in that time frame. This will keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip G* The more water added to the beans the faster they will cook.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip H* To avoid burning beans of any kind, always stir the beans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may have notice that no salt, seasonings, garlic were added to the pinto beans cooking in the pot. The reason is that Pinto Beans Express does not need additional seasoning to make them stand out with favor. The favor arrives in the length of time you cook them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip I* The longer you cook pinto beans the more favor is enhance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our first 30 minutes is up and we have stirred the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Now let’s reduce the heat to low for the next two hours let the beans do it’s magic. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is important to watch the water level, add a cup of water or two if needed. Stir them, and test one or two of the beans. Good cook's always sample his or her prepared food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip J* Testing the beans in the pot use a big spoon, dip and let cool. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once the beans have cool down, mash one between your fingers. If there is no hardness in the beans they are done. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let them cool down for 10-15 minutes before serving them. Yet I have always talk &lt;br /&gt;about her, and bring her up in conversion when &lt;br /&gt;other ladies approach me, that I maybe &lt;br /&gt;interesting in.  Today it was different, I dream &lt;br /&gt;that she was in the house and a friend was in the &lt;br /&gt;house too.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As the friend walk over toward me, as if she was &lt;br /&gt;going to hug me.   But instead she planted a big &lt;br /&gt;kiss on me.  I was shock but continue to allow it &lt;br /&gt;to happen.  The kissing became so vigorous that I &lt;br /&gt;had to put a stop to the kissing.  I could not help &lt;br /&gt;from wondering what she might say to me, kissing &lt;br /&gt;another lady whom was so close to us after so many &lt;br /&gt;years of friendship. A morning when the dew was still on the roses.  &lt;br /&gt;The clouds above was a light gray.  The light from heaven penetrated through &lt;br /&gt;The clouds as if it was day.  It was the end of a dream and knock on the door that seem to awake me from that dream.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The dream took place in my own home as I was sitting on the couch. A utility worker begin his work from the outside.   Digging a trench to replace a line running from the city sewage line, to the lines in and under the house.  While digging a trench, the sands begin to move.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The moving sands increase it speed and the flow of the sand seem to be constantly increasing to where the worker was talking to me the sand reach the house. The first part of the house tile down as if it was moving under the house.  I told the worker that I had three guess in the house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A grandfather and two small children that I must get out.  The house is now at a &lt;br /&gt;15 degree pitch, I went back in to help the grandfather out first, the utility worker help me as I lower him down.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next to get out was the two small kids.  Just as I went in the house the sands move again while the house pitch became greater.  I pick up the two kids and begin to make my way to the door.  I could see myself lower the kids down as everything seem to shift they were all safe. It also eliminates the amount of saturated fats. As well as trans fats found in &lt;br /&gt;many cooking oils.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we check the labels on the above ingredients we will found that if the total fats was equal to 14 gm that would mean that there is 5 gm of saturated fats. And 1 gm of trans fats has been eliminate from each piece of chicken cooked. Now place the pan with the chicken into the oven.  Once again you are at will to add more of the crowning glory seasoning on top of the chicken.  The first 20 minutes allow the chicken to cook undisturbed in the oven.  After the first 20 minutes remove the pan from the oven, and noticed the chicken has started browning. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is the time that the chicken begins to stick to the pan.&lt;br /&gt;Turn the chicken over to the other side and return it to the oven. However, the reoccuring activites of these events have been increasing in the news, on the late night shows and now as current events in our schools today. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seimology is one who studies earthquake. Seimology studies is measured by a Richter scale.  The richter scale magnitude is calculated from the amplitude of the largest seimic wave recorded from the earthquake. These magnitude are based on a logarthmic scale (base 10).  Base 10 is something used in our school math classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Geology is one who studies Earth, its materials, the physical and chemical changes that occur on the surface and in the interior.  Within this group is the Volcanologist.  They keep continual records on the activities of the volcanos of the past, present and future eruptions.  They have many methods of measurement.  One being a seismic instrumentation and the current method used is call the GPS measurements or global positioning system.  This last system is also used in our cellphone and in our cars as a tracking system to keep us from getting lost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These two groups spring into action when our earth shake and roar the loudest.  It appears to be a busy year for earthquakes and volcanos.  In 2010 the announcement of the first major earthquake was on January 12th in the country of Haiti a magnitude of 7.0 in town of Leogane, 16 miles from the capital of Port au Prince.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then on February 27th with a magnitude of 8.8 The country of Chile was hit with the devastation too. It hit off the coast of Maule Region, lasting about 90 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In March which appears to be a quiet month, yet we have the largest snow fall in at least 30 years. The southern and central United States had a winter wonderland for 3 days.  In the meantime the volcano of Iceland was starting to spit and spat.  The ground started to bubble as the gases in stomach want to come out.(brup). Yet it keep quiet and remain silent throughout the month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On April 14th, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake accured in China.  The location where the quake hit was Yushu county of the Oinghari, Province   Although this was not the first earthquake in this area, The government and the citizen acted first to start the rebuilding process.  Yes, there was loss of life and building uprooted during the quake and many people are still afraid to return to their home or to the city.  It bring attention to a global nation that the next eruption could be in your back door.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eyjafjallajokull is the latest eruptions.  Mention in March the gases of the volcano in Iceland was brupping. On April 14th the volcano at Eyjafjallajokull in Iceland erupted.  This time with a bigger bang and a cloud of dark smoke that ruppled through the air and cause a halt to all the air travel in that part of the world.  Unlike the earthquake there has not been any loss of life with this eruption of the earth core.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If there was no loss of life during the eruption of the volcano.  Then what loss did accure from the pouring out of volcano ash.  The simple fact that the air travel industry was put on halt and would not be able to continue to fly at the drop of a hat.  The airline and travel industry would say they have loss a big pocket full of monies totally in the millions of dollars.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So on one hand we have loss human lives that was priceless.  On the other hand, we have had a work stoppage of thousands of people who have not return home and the airline industry has loss millions of dollars keeping those planes on the ground for safety reasons.  The airlines will recover their loss and add more dollars to the&lt;br /&gt;price of each set of lubbage you carry on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With so many big disrution spreading across the earth and the sky it is important that we be prepared as a people ready to help those who are subject to the next big eruption of a shake, a roar, or a mud slide near the highway.  Drops of rain that turn into quarter size hail, wind tunnel that shift in one direction to another.  Burning heat that inflame the grass of a beautiful meadow peak or water that rises above the kneels. Yet do not forget the story of the three little pigs, two-thirds of then was not prepare when the wolf came knocking at their door.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember preparation includes knowing what you are facing, knowing how to react when it is upon you, and knowing where the shelter is at home and aboard.  Don"t just think about your family members know your neighbors, and the neighborhood,   Especially those senior citizen who may not be able to get out as quick as you can. They are the "new blood," the nooob's, the inexperience tools that keep the NET in the internet.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;The game is on, a newbie sign onto the internet by giving some important information about him or herself.  This information is embedded into that computer he or she is using. A username and password are issued to them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are ready to hit the pavement, on the superhighway at speeds faster than superman or superwoman.  A whole new world awakes you for hours to come. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's view this new adventure in the exciting way it should be view. We are paying a higher cellphone bill and our long term contract period seem to go on for a lifetime.  We are excited to have the lastest cellphone gadgets in the palm of our hands and we all want to keep up with technology. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Year after year we never ask questions about our bill.  Our long term cellphone bill  just goes on and on with a dollar or more added here and added there.  We are truly loyal customers. Our cellphones, now wake us up, pages us to come to a meeting, leaves us a message or text us when someone is trying to connect with us,.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;We are required to have a land phone in each room of the house so we want missed a call.  Cellphone rules our lives.  For example (there are hundred's of people, even thousands who can not  turn their cellphones OFF).  No matter where they are!  Driving through a school zone, no brainier!  Recieving calls in the midst of praying for someone,  no brainier!  Even while you are seriously challenged in the bathroom, your cellphone still hear the drop of a pin, no brainier!   These no brainier situations can express why we never look or examine what we are really paying to keep our cellphone on! &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Every major cellphone provider service can reduce your bill but refuse to let you out of your contact unless you pay the remaining amount due.  But is it written in stone?  Then why is it that on our contract it does not state  when the contact expires, yet it gives you the date the payment is due and after that date you will pay a late fee of a few more dollars. It must take a rocket scientist to figure this out or is it just a no brainier!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Do not rush home to check your bill or start googling the airways to find a way to reduce your cellphone bill. Good goal settings, determines good habits.  Good habits follows, good manners.   Good manner leads to good direction, and good direction brings a good understanding of why good health is so imporrtant during the long term. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good goal setting begins, before conception begin.   The process always includes a father and a mother, a girl or a boy, a male or a female they are the ones who make plans together to have a child or children. This is good planning and a good habit to reach for.  While in the wound your doctor and family members encourage you to eat healthier for the child's.sake. Thus following the advise and develop,  good eating habits during each month that child is still in the wound.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At that time and moment you bring forth a healthy child.  Words cannot explain all that is going through your mind, especially if this is your first son or daughter.  A smile on your face and a smile on your the new baby face make everything smell like roses.  The baby has your attention and you have his or her attention.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good manner is already built into the DNA, but you have to show how to perfect this work of art to all new babies.   Example:  While feeding the baby, It can not tell you when  it is full.  So what happens the baby spit up to show you he or she is full.  Then you show good manners by wiping the excess off around the child's mouth.&lt;br /&gt;"You a good baby"  which you spoken  in true baby language.  Mother's love you.!   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Emotionally it is a Kodak moment!  These good manners reflect the direction you want the child to go. Later on the child begins to remember your good direction, reaching for what he or she want.  The baby make its first step.  Trying to stand  as you help to assist him or her.  It's first words maybe gubble, but they sounds like mommy or daddy. All your preparation from conception to now says you are doing a good job, taking care of your new baby.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Planning works better now that you see the results are being fully understood from you to the child. One of the first direction you want the child to go in is healthy eating. You watch what he or she eats.  Making sure the the child recieve the proper nourishment for the body.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weening the child from milk to solid food is a most for development.  Although the child still wants a bottle.  You continue to encourage more soild food, as he or she moves to eating on it own.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The child looks to you for the healthy things to eat. So, while you have chosen to eat healthy your child understand and knows what to eat too.  Even at that earlier age the child will chose what foods you have place in front of him.  You understand the importance of focusing  on the short term,  growth and development of the child's body. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A good health body fat portion from the beginning will last a lifetime. However, the key word is motivation!  If you loss motivation it is important that you gain your motivation back!  It maybe through a friend or you sitting down, taking  a deep breathe, refocusing yourself while maintaining the daily schedule.  Learning this one strategies will help you learned, how to ask for some help and maintain a good weight loss program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, you let yourself down!  Now you are back on track.  Let's see if your are a true warrior and understand why it is an experience to have set back every once in a while.  Just like motivation slows you down.  Slowing the rate of eating can allow you to feel full sooner and therefore help you eat less.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Things that will help you achieved that goal are vegetables, fruits and hot soups. You should eat alot of them.  Placing lots of these items on your plate first will help you eat in moderation.  Once your plate is full do not add more items to it.  Instead drink water with the meal.  A gallon of water is about eight full glasses.  Try to maintain that amount of water each and everyday.  It will help fill you up and do the necessary cleanse from the inside out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A word or two about snacking.  Snacks in large containers, snacks of cookies row after row, is an invitation for you to eat them.  The more snacks you eat the more you gain and the harder it will take to remove those extra pounds.  So take those snacks out of the large container and put them in a smaller individual bag with two or three pieces per serving. When eating those individual bags. Add a half glass of water with each bags.  Eating snacks is good to help control hunger and the water helps to maintain the fullness until the next meal. I recieved another Census 2010 questionaire to be filled out by me and my household. This questionaire was filled out by me on the 20th of March and place in the mailbox that same day with the correct bar code in the clear window of the white and black envelope. I was sure it would have arrived on or before the April 1st deadline. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After achieving that goal. It is the morning of the 1st day of April. The first thought that came across my mind was that today was April fool's day. As many people take this day to play jokes on one another. I start my day around 8: A.M. that morning., with a little breakfast and a protein drink. The phone begin to ring as I was finshing my meal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The voice mail messager pick up and answer the call: saying " No one is available to answer your call please leave a message at the sound of the beep." BEEP! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Heeeeey, I just wanted you to know that we have cancel our trip to the east coast." But there was know April fool joke mention. I thought nothing about that. Then, I got another phone call and the busy signal would kick in, yet you could still hear a voice on the line giggling or laughing while the answer machine would pick up. Thank goodness for the caller ID on my system. The caller ID recorded this number, 11111111111 and the word "unavailable" next to it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This all happen before 3:P.M. with the television on I heard a story from the local news station that someone was sending false Census 2010 questionaires out. By now it done on me that people where playing practical jokes all across the United States. I then took action myself and email that person back who had cancel their trip to the east coast. My email simply said "sure you are not going to the east coast!!" April fool!!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This email start a hot conversation, that person email by back. Saying we are not going to the east coast, for real! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now before I could return a response to that email. A phone call can in with this message. "We are going to the big state of Mississippi and we are getting a hotel room on the water." Well, with laughter and giggling on the inside I chose not to response to that. It was a continual April fool's day joke!! My phone rang, rang as more and more April fool's jokes came in. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A dear family member of mines, who lives about and hour drive from me. Hit me up too! This person could not have thought of this by herself and it is heavily quoted with words I never heard of on the internet. So I will quote this email for you, to understand what I am going through today as a April fool's day joke or jokes. The email said, I quote: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"The internet would be shut down for cleaning for twenty-four hours from April 2 until April 3. This cleaning is necessary to clear out the "electronic flotsam and jetsam" that has accumulated in the network. Dead email and inactive ftp, www, and gopher sites would be purged. The cleaning will be done by "five very powerful Japanese-built multi-lingual Internet-crawling robots (Toshiba ML-2274)&lt;br /&gt;situated around the world." During this period, users are warned to disconnect all devices from the internet." &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After that email my brainwaves, are at a panic mode! My emotional feelings are attacking my reasons for getting up this day. Physically, I can't wait until this day end! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a breakthrough low for all those who sent me through these April fool's day jokes. I am now waiting for the amblance to arrive here and pick me up. I think I am seeing pink elephant, too! Got you! "APRIL"S FOOL to all of you jokers." &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now it is 6:P.M and I go to my mailbox. I have one letter. A big white and black envelope with these words written on it in a black square box saying "U.S. Census Form Enclosed YOUR RESPONSE IS REQUIRED BY LAW." &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I open the Census 2010 my second one and it is the same as the first one that I sent during March. Since this is an offical letter from the U.S Department of Commerce, Census Bureau. I am going to filled this questionaire out again. It started in the beginning.
