Memorial Day Kiss:

Memorial Day 2010:

This was the first time that my past memories,
came as a dream to me. Yet I have always talk
about her, and bring her up in conversion when
other ladies approach me, that I maybe
interesting in. Today it was different, I dream
that she was in the house and a friend was in the
house too.

As the friend walk over toward me, as if she was
going to hug me. But instead she planted a big
kiss on me. I was shock but continue to allow it
to happen. The kissing became so vigorous that I
had to put a stop to the kissing. I could not help
from wondering what she might say to me, kissing
another lady whom was so close to us after so many
years of friendship. Remember Memorial Day 2009.

Rescue At 15 Degrees:

It was a beautiful day. A morning when the dew was still on the roses.
The clouds above was a light gray. The light from heaven penetrated through
The clouds as if it was day. It was the end of a dream and knock on the door that seem to awake me from that dream.


The dream took place in my own home as I was sitting on the couch. A utility worker begin his work from the outside. Digging a trench to replace a line running from the city sewage line, to the lines in and under the house. While digging a trench, the sands begin to move.


The moving sands increase it speed and the flow of the sand seem to be constantly increasing to where the worker was talking to me the sand reach the house. The first part of the house tile down as if it was moving under the house. I told the worker that I had three guess in the house.



A grandfather and two small children that I must get out. The house is now at a
15 degree pitch, I went back in to help the grandfather out first, the utility worker help me as I lower him down.


The next to get out was the two small kids. Just as I went in the house the sands move again while the house pitch became greater. I pick up the two kids and begin to make my way to the door. I could see myself lower the kids down as everything seem to shift they were all safe. We look at the house as the sand continued to flow underneath.

There is no need to have a Panic Attack fried chicken is still the king.!
The objective in this recipe is to cook that same fried chicken without using any cooking oils, no lard or solid white grease and no sprays.

Cooking without any of the above ingredient eliminates the amount of grease used. It also eliminates the amount of saturated fats. As well as trans fats found in
many cooking oils.

If we check the labels on the above ingredients we will found that if the total fats was equal to 14 gm that would mean that there is 5 gm of saturated fats. And 1 gm of trans fats has been eliminate from each piece of chicken cooked. If you prepared chicken once a week.

After bring the package of frozen chicken home from the store.
It is allowed to threw out until the pieces can be hand pull off and place in another bag with 3-4 pieces in each bag. These individual bags will be enough to serve a family of two at dinnertime. Now place each bag of chicken in the freezer.

Frozen Chick Delight: Is prepared directly out of the freezer.
Preheat the oven at 450* ten minutes before removing the chicken.
Take the desire amount of chicken out of each bag for a dinner for two or more.

Now take the frozen chicken from the fridge. Open the bag and add a half of cup all purposed flour in bag. Close the bag and give it a gentle shake. This will cause the plastic bag to loose up and the flour will soon cover the entire frozen chicken. The next step is add your seasonings into the bag. Black Pepper, italian seasoning, salt is not required but if you prefer add half of a teaspoonful into the bag.

The seasoning is the crowning glory of this frozen chick delight, so add as much seasoning and you like. The next step is to place the frozen chicken in a large pan, or your favorite frying pan. (No need to add any grease)

The stove is well heated. Now place the pan with the chicken into the oven. Once again you are at will to add more of the crowning glory seasoning on top of the chicken. The first 20 minutes allow the chicken to cook undisturbed in the oven. After the first 20 minutes remove the pan from the oven, and noticed the chicken has started browning.

This is the time that the chicken begins to stick to the pan.
Turn the chicken over to the other side and return it to the oven. The next 15 minutes let it cook. Once this time has ended cover the chicken with a lip.
Turn off the oven and the next 5 minutes. Let the chicken slimmer in it’s own
juices until you are ready to add it to the dinner plate.

From the fridge to the table your family will be delighted at the taste.
You will have prepared a healthier meal for you and you family.
Someday this meal will surpassed the traditional fried chicken.

Why Fried Foods taste so good? Just before the turn of the century cooking was base on the name brand lard (which were solid white grease) and the name brand liquid cooking oil (which were a light golden color).

Most people at this time brought the name brand items. The reason was the advertising department of each of the brand names product had ads sent across the air announcing this brand of cooking oil was
Was better than the brand x.

Advertising may have increase the price of the brand name product and most people did not mind paying the extra few cent for a product that appears to be the better product. Yet we where adding more fats to our meal.

What the ad fail to mention was that lard and cooking oil had too much fats in it’s ingredient. So when you prepared to cook any form of red meat and dip it into a pan of hot grease we where adding more fats to what was already there.

Lard and cooking oil both have both saturated fat and tran fat. We know that saturated fat is found in red meat and in dairy products.
Trans fats were created by man as a product to help store items to last longer on the shelf or extend the shelf life of a product.

To avoid adding more fat in this case simply used the items as directed on the label. By measuring a tablespoonful instead of estimating a tablespoonful would help reduces the amount of saturated fats and tran fats included in each meal.

The rule of thumb would be this: Saturated fats would raises blood cholesterol level and tran fats is used to extend the shelf life of a product, not the life of an individual.

SUPERSIZING your stretching activities from thirty, to sixty, or ninety seconds can bring your body into a physical change versus the couch potato state of mind.

The smallest discrete of some physical exercises property that our bodies can possess in using the quantum theory would be no activity or and inactive individual who to all degrees refuse to do any form of stretching.

Stretching is so simply we do it without knowing it or being aware that we are doing any form of stretching. Yawning is a good form of stretching it is an example of doing stretching without having the knowledge of when it is time to yawn or (take a deep breathe). Therefore yawning would be the smallest part of stretching which is also a small part of exercising without calling it exercising.

If you have not been physically active in the past then the secret to your success would come in the form of supersize your stretching for 30, 60 or 90 seconds. You would start slow and keep this phase of your stretching active on a regular schedule.

Surely thirty seconds of vigorous exercise for someone who is active would produce more burning of energy. But to a individual who have not been physically active in the past would benefit more by adding more stretching to his program than to vigorous rush into accomplishing what an active person can achieved.

The inactive person would enjoy supersizing his stretching program more because he would see a better progress in the stretching program and in must cases he would keep this form of activity going for days. Making stretching a part of his life.

It is important that the individual recognized that stretching is not a weight loss program. It is not a vigorous way to exercise and burn off calories. Stretching is design to being an individual from an inactive position (such as the couch potato) to a more active individual who is willing to reach and stretch for those items that are sitting directly in front of him.


Can stretching work for someone who is a couch potato 24 hours a day?
Yes, there must be a desire to leave the inactive state of mind to a vigorous stretching program even while sitting on the couch and watching hours of television and pushing the buttons on a remote control switch to change the station from one television program to another.
