This is the inactive step, it is design to get you start stretching and stretching more that your body slowly begin to look at stretching as being a form of exercise. However, stretching is so simple that the inactive people will not look at it as exercise. We are just stretching our muscles in order to improve our health and it will help you to get to know your body.
Let’s start with making stretching a part of our lifestyle. Apart of our routine from the minute we wake up to the moment we fall asleep that night. Our Stretching motto: Early to bed, early to rise. (If you train
yourself to go to bed 30 minutes early everyday, your body will wake
you up 30 minutes early each day).
The sit up stretching: When you start to sit up in bed rise your arms up above your head and stretch, and stretch for a full 30 seconds while you are inhaling and exhaling with big deep breathe.
Tip-toe stretching: The moment you stand up take the tip-to toe stretch to the ceiling with both hands above your head as if your goal is to touch the ceiling. During this moment you might feel like taking a deep breathe, go ahead. (30 seconds or more if needed).
Arm moves the body stretching: For this stretch your arms must be directly in front of you shoulder height, with your right hand on top of the left hand or the left hand on top of the right hand. Turn your shoulders 15 degrees to the left and then turn your shoulders 15 degrees to the right do one set to the left and one set to the right keep in mind we are only stretching for 30 seconds.
